Data Deletion Policy

Operators and couples may request deletion of their data at any time by emailing support@easyasst.com. Please include the email address associated with your account or the event token in your request so we can locate your data.

When an Operator account is closed, event and couple data remains available for export for 30 days. After that window, data is permanently deleted from active systems.

Operators may delete an event and all associated couple data at any time from their operator dashboard. Deletion is permanent and immediate on active systems.

Couples who wish to have their data deleted may contact their wedding professional directly or email us at support@easyasst.com.

Residual copies of deleted data may remain in routine encrypted backups for up to 7 days following deletion from active systems. Backup copies are purged on the normal rotation schedule and are not accessible or usable during that period.

We honor deletion requests within 30 days of receipt. In most cases, active-system deletion happens within a few business days.
