Refund Policy

Couple planning portals are a one-time purchase ($39, or $29 at the founder rate). Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if your planning portal has not yet been set up or used. Once your portal is in active use, purchases are non-refundable.

Planner subscriptions are $59/month ($39/month at the founder rate). You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops the next charge. No partial-month refunds are issued.

DJ subscriptions are $79/month ($49/month at the founder rate). You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops the next charge. No partial-month refunds are issued.

All plans are hand-onboarded through a founder setup session. If a paid plan was activated in error before any setup or use, contact us for a full refund.
