Terms of Service

Effective date: 2026-06-28

Agreement

By using WeddingPlan (this site, at my.weddingplan.cc), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

WeddingPlan is a product of EasyAsst Software, a dba of TWICE AS DEEP LLC. Contact: support@easyasst.com.

The service

WeddingPlan provides web-based wedding planning tooling including music selection, timeline building, role-specific PDF exports, and curated song recommendations. Use of the service is limited to the planning of weddings and events booked through a licensed wedding professional who has provisioned a planner for you.

Authentication

Couples authenticate via a unique magic-link URL emailed by their wedding professional. The link is bound to a specific event. Do not share your magic link with anyone you do not want accessing your planning data. If your link is exposed (forwarded, leaked, posted publicly), contact your wedding professional immediately to rotate it.

Operators authenticate via a shared operator token. Operators are responsible for keeping the token confidential.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to access another couple's planner or another operator's data.
  • Upload content you do not have the right to upload (copyrighted music you do not own a license to share, photos you do not hold rights to, etc.).
  • Scrape, mirror, or build derivative services using the data accessed through WeddingPlan.
  • Bypass, disable, or interfere with security features of the service.

Music services and third-party content

WeddingPlan uses Spotify's Web API and Apple's iTunes Search API to surface song catalog data, album art, and 30-second previews. All such content is owned by the respective rights holders and is subject to Spotify's Terms of Service and Apple's Terms of Use. Use of those features is conditioned on continued compliance with those third-party terms.

30-second audio previews are provided by Apple's iTunes Store and Spotify under their respective terms. WeddingPlan does not host audio files for catalog tracks. Custom audio uploads (if any) are stored by WeddingPlan solely for the purpose of playback inside the planner.

Ownership of your data

You retain ownership of all data you submit to the planner (answers, song selections, notes, uploads, photos). By submitting data you grant WeddingPlan a limited license to display, store, and process that data solely for the purpose of operating the service for you and your wedding team.

Operators retain ownership of their curated Recommendation crates and operator-side configurations. The underlying app code, templates, and design are owned by EasyAsst.

Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that all features (including third-party integrations like Spotify and Apple Music) will remain available without change.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EasyAsst and Wedding Planner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising out of or related to your use of the service. In no event shall total liability exceed one hundred US dollars.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service at any time for violation of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time. Operators may delete events; couples may request deletion of their data by emailing support@easyasst.com.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or the service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
